Offbeat angle

Just as in photography, also in life it’s intriguing to try on different angles and check out miscellaneous perspectives. 

Perspective is the way one looks at something. There are several reasons why people look at things differently, context seems to be no. #1

Exploring and trying new viewpoints can only enhance your foresight and cultivate your empathy as you will get to learn how it feels to be on the other side of the matter. You will comprehend things from an offbeat angle, you will get intimate with the pros & cons of that particular view and that will make you less judgmental of others.

Even if your experience will not be the same, it will be similar and so, you will be able to understand pretty much how the other feels. 

As I am a selfie promoter, an invitation from my side, is to use more of the “close up” angles with the people in our lives to get to know them better, to create a genuine connection and less of the “high angles” from where they look exposed and vulnerable.

Ensure you take a “long shot” and try to understand the little details in the background that build up context before you label someone.

Last but not least, portrait your confidence using the “low angle” for your area of rule.

It’s just one of these days when all I want to do is to be LAZY… Lazy in bed, lazy on the sofa, actually… I want to be lazy anywhere I can be lazy, as long it is cozy & comfy. Guess it’s the season outside that got me in the mood that makes me want to stay under the covers, read a magazine… read? No, actually check on the fashion photography in there for self-inspiration. Yes, I am in the mood for jazz music playing in the background, lit scented green apple candle & drinking wine... Yes, white & dry for me, please. Horror Love Story

With  Halloween in just two days, I wanted to say that I was never a horror movie genre fan as I hate to get scared or feel frightened.  But I remember that there was a time when each Friday night, ProTv was streaming after the X - Files , a horror movie. So… I remember watching Poltergeist when I was a kid, I believe I was around 7-8 years old… and I watched it from the top of the living room table, holding both of my hands, each one on one of my eyes, staring at the screen between my fingers… I was afraid for the next two weeks after that, that the TV might suck me into it. I hardly wanted to watch any TV. :))) I don’t even want to mention The Ring … I stopped watching it in the first 50 minutes… Still, there is one horror movie that I love, it’s Francis Ford Coppola’s Dracula (1992). Besides that, it has Gary Oldman, Keanu Reeves, and Anthony Hopkins in distribution, and their acting is mindblowing, the movie it is a mix of romance as the plot builds around Dracula’s obs...
